Coupling head lock
There are trailer coupling head lock inserts with or without handle. The KNOTT coupling head lock is designed to fit onto any coupling head. The handle has a keyhole-shaped opening in which the lock insert of the coupling head is located. Closing it prevents the handle from being lifted, not allowing the coupling head to release.
The coupling head lock can also be used when the trailer is coupled or free-standing.

Safety ball
The trailer safety ball provides safety for coupling heads that do not return to neutral position when uncoupled, thus cannot be locked with the lock insert. Using the safety ball the coupling head resets to neutral position, allowing the lock insert to be installed into the opening.
