The following publication aims to introduce you to one of our products, which is a Cover complete for the chassis made of plastic, which allows the installation on a drawbar and on a overrun coupling device. Due to its dimensions, the cover is offered in two elements, which are attached to each other during assembly on the chassis with the use of aesthetic plastic rivets. These rivets are delivered together with the cover, so it only needs to be mounted on the trailer.
The front of the cover is made of acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) polymer – Luran® S. It features high surface quality and good impact strength, including increased color fastness, and provides excellent longterm performance when exposed to UV radiation and heat.
The polymer used here also has excellent chemical resistance, so it is an ideal solution for exterior applications.
At the moment, the gusts are offered in the color RAL 7040 – Window Gray.
The cover for the overrun coupling device is offered in two sets:
Dedicated cover for overrun devices KFL20 and KFL27 with device support
Dedicated cover for overrun devices KFL20 and KFL27 without device support
The basic version for the KFL20-27 is presented below.

The second part of the cover is dedicated to cover the drawbar, from the overrun coupling device to the undercarriage construction of the trailer. The second part of the cover is also made of Luran® S and is available in the same color RAL 7040 – Window Gray.
The structure is specially reinforced so that you can easily step on the cover. Proven durability up to 110 kg. In addition, the surface has been designed to minimize the risk of slipping.
